I’m Michele, and welcome to The Joyful Home.

I live in Dallas, Texas, and I’m married to my college sweetheart (Sic ‘em Bears). We’re raising three incredible teenagers and one spoiled Goldendoodle, Ruby.

I’m an attorney and originally started this space in 2014 as a creative outlet. After several years of blogging, I stepped back to focus on other pursuits.

I relaunched The Joyful Home in 2024 and hope it will inspire you as I share some of the things I love—delicious recipes, entertaining and home decor ideas, fashion and beauty finds, and more.
